Start your day by checking in, picking up your Spire Open House materials, and enjoying a light breakfast. A great time to get settled and begin connecting with fellow attendees, exhibitors, and the Spire team.
8:30 AM – 9:00 AM
We’ll officially open the day with a warm welcome and an overview of the Spire ecosystem—our company’s foundation, current structure, and long-term vision. You’ll be introduced to the resources available for training, support, and development, and we’ll outline how Spire can be deployed and integrated in a variety of business environments.
Importantly, we’ll also share a recap of key enhancements released in the past year, many of which came directly from client feedback. From user experience improvements to expanded functionality, these updates reflect Spire’s commitment to listening and evolving based on real-world use.
9:00 AM – 10:10 AM
As the day progresses, we’ll shift into practical strategies to help you get more out of Spire. You’ll explore how role-based configurations, system preferences, and security settings can benefit your team and streamline workflows, aligning Spire with your internal processes. We’ll share helpful tips and lesser-known features that can simplify your daily operations.
10:15 AM – 11:15 AM
You’ll get an exclusive look at the latest features added to Spire, what’s currently under development, and a preview of what’s coming in Spire 4.0. We’ll explore how these updates fit into the bigger picture of platform growth—and how updates are shaped by feedback from the people who use Spire every day.
11:15 AM – 12:30 PM
Next, we’ll spotlight the Spire Integration Partner (SIP) ecosystem. You’ll see how real clients are extending Spire through integrated solutions—from logistics and payroll to e-commerce and reporting—and learn how Spire users can leverage these tools to streamline operations even further.
12:30 PM – 1:15 PM
During the lunch break, enjoy a light meal and take time to network with fellow users, partners, and product specialists. The exhibitor area will be open for informal conversations and demonstrations.
1:15 PM – 4:00 PM
In the afternoon, we’ll go deeper into operational and accounting processes within Spire. We’ll explore how to optimize system setup, customize user access, and ensure data accuracy across transactions. Spending time reviewing processes within Sales, Inventory, Purchasing, Production, Receivables, Payables, Bank Rec and Payroll, this is your opportunity to understand how Spire’s modules and functionalities can work together, and how you can adapt them to your business structure.
4:00 PM – 4:30 PM
To close the day, we’ll host an open Q&A. Bring your questions, share your feedback, and hear insights from the Spire team. We’ll wrap up with final thoughts and next steps as you continue your journey with Spire.
