Spire 2026 Open Houses
Spire Open House 2026 is coming to seven cities this Fall, for a full day of practical ideas, a general overview of Spire, and a closer look at what’s new, what’s helpful, and what’s next. Spire Open Houses are designed to be informative and welcoming, giving attendees a chance to explore how Spire supports different roles, departments, and business goals in a way that feels useful, not overwhelming.
For existing clients, the Open Houses are a chance to step back from day-to-day routines to revisit and discover ways to get more value from Spire, learn about enhancements, and pick up ideas from others using the system in the real world. For companies considering Spire, these events offer a clear, practical introduction to the platform, its ecosystem, and the kinds of challenges it helps solve across distribution, operations, finance, sales, and commerce. If you are new to Spire or are currently evaluating it, you’ll leave with a deeper understanding of how Spire can support smarter processes, better visibility, and stronger business decisions.
Many of last year’s Open House events sold out, so we strongly encourage you to register early. Now is the time to reserve your spot and join us for one of our fall stops across seven cities.
The 2026 tour will take place across September, October, and November, with events scheduled in the following locations:

Agenda
7:30 – 8:15 AM
Registration & Continental Breakfast
Start your day by checking in, picking up your Spire Open House materials, and enjoying a light breakfast. A great time to settle in and start connecting with fellow attendees, exhibitors, and the Spire team.
8:15 – 9:15 AM
Welcome & Getting Started with Spire
We’ll open the day with an introduction to Spire, the people behind it, and the community that supports it. Whether you are a new client, a seasoned user or seeing Spire for the first time, you will start the day learning about the many resources available to you as a Spire customer. We’ll cover some fundamental aspects of Spire, like deployment options (including the new Spire VA), integration potential, and reporting options. We will move into a general overview of Spire (company settings, user permissions, common features, etc.), always being sure to weave in new Spire 4 features along the way.
9:15 – 11:45 AM
Sales, Pricing & Order Management
Every order starts with a customer, but there’s a lot happening behind the scenes before the product ever reaches their hands. During this part of the day, we’ll follow the complete sales process—from customer setup and quotations to order entry, order types, fulfillment, and customer communications. We’ll discuss common sales workflows, customer management, order processing, and the tools that help your sales team work more efficiently while delivering a better customer experience. We’ll be showing Spire Web, a great tool for empowering your sales reps on the road and we’ll spend time demonstrating the new Spire Point of Sale for the retail side of your business.
**10:20 – 10:35 – Coffee Break**
We’ll also be joined by two of Spire’s Super SIP partners. Terracor will share how customer portals and eCommerce solutions extend Spire, making it easier for customers to place orders, check pricing and availability, and manage their accounts online. Order Ease will demonstrate how Order Orchestration helps automate the flow of orders from multiple sales channels into Spire, reducing manual entry and creating a more connected order management process.
**11:45- 12:45 PM
Lunch & Exhibit Hall
Enjoy lunch while connecting with the exhibitors. Explore solutions that extend the value of your ERP investment, ask questions, see live demonstrations, and complete your exhibitor passport for a chance to win prizes.
12:45 – 2:00 PM
Keep Inventory Moving
Inventory sits at the centre of almost everything a distributor or manufacturer does. During this part of the day, we’ll look at how items are set up and managed in Spire, including inventory settings, units of measure, costing methods, vendor information, reorder points, suggested order quantities, serial and lot tracking, and inventory counts. We’ll also cover sell price management, including price levels, price matrices, effective dates, customer- and group-specific pricing, quantity breaks, promotions, margins and markups, mass price changes, and importing price updates. From there, we’ll move into purchasing and warehouse processes, including vendor prices, purchase planning, purchase orders, deposits, freight and duty, partial receipts, serial-number receiving, accrued payables, and the reports used to track outstanding purchasing activity. We’ll touch on how the Production Manager fits into the flow for businesses in the manufacturing space.
We’ll also be joined by SwiftCount, one of Spire’s Super SIP partners, to demonstrate barcode scanning and warehouse management for receiving, picking, counting, and tracking inventory throughout the warehouse.
2:00 – 3:00 PM
Strengthen Your Financial Operations
This portion of the day focuses on the financial tools that support your business every day. We’ll look at General Ledger setup, along with transaction lookups, recurring entries, bank reconciliations, reports and more. We’ll move into Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, including invoice processing, payments, recurring transactions, batch payments, EFTs, collections, refunds, credit card processing, and some of the newer accounting enhancements introduced over the past year.
Joining us for this discussion will be Global Payments, one of Spire’s Super SIP partners, who will demonstrate integrated payment processing and how electronic payments fit into the overall receivables and point-of-sale workflow.
**3:00 – 3:15 – Coffee Break**
3:15 – 4:15 PM
Work Smarter Every Day: Productivity, Reporting & Everyday Tools
We’ll wrap up the afternoon by looking at many of the tools that help users get more out of Spire every day: browser access, communications, calendars, alerts, dashboards, reporting, Power BI, document management, personalization options, and other productivity features that are often overlooked but can save time and improve day-to-day workflows. We’ll also share practical tips, keyboard shortcuts, and newer capabilities to help users navigate Spire more efficiently and find information faster.
We’ll also be joined by Ask Ingrid, one of Spire’s Super SIP partners, who will demonstrate how AI can help users quickly find information, answer questions, and access product knowledge directly from within their everyday workflow.
4:15 – 4:30 PM
The Road Ahead, Prize Draws and Closing Remarks
We’ll wrap up the presentation by sharing where Spire is headed, some of the work that’s currently underway, and how feedback from clients continues to influence future development. It’s a chance to see what’s coming and understand how today’s investments continue to shape tomorrow’s product. Stick around to ask questions, continue conversations with Spire and our partners, and make the most of the networking opportunities before heading home.
