There are several simple yet sometimes not-so-obvious functions in Spire that when set up properly, make your work life a little easier. Join us as we cover some Spire fundamentals along with best practices. We will go over:

  • Setting up recurring transactions in the Spire GL
  • Reconciling Accounts in Spire
  • Sales Order phases and placing vendor orders on the fly
  • Managing Vendors and Payments in Spire
  • AR/AP history and other transaction features
  • Maintaining customer and vendor price lists
  • Managing Inventory and various must knows within this module 
  • Using Spire filters and Spire UDF’s (user defined fields)
  • Spire’s Calendar, communications and alerts functionalities
